Dr. Olga Giakouminaki successfully bridges the worlds of academia and legal practice. She is licensed to practice law in both Paris and Athens, with a focus on public business law and public procurement, including public contracts, public–private partnerships, and concessions. She has extensive experience designing, drafting, and negotiating infrastructure and supply agreements, advising both contracting authorities and private sector clients.
Alongside her legal practice, she is an active academic contributor, regularly publishing in leading journals and participating in international conferences. Her recent work explores defence procurement, contractual innovation, and global supply chains.
