Gregorios MICHAILOPOULOS

Gregorios Michailopoulos is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Public Finance Law, Corporate Law, and a strong specialization in Health Law. He has contributed to the modernization of the institutional framework for public healthcare and has extensive experience in the legal support of procurement of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, as well as in the litigation of cases involving healthcare providers and suppliers.

He currently leads a team of twenty lawyers supporting the Greek Ministry of Health in the implementation of projects amounting to €1.2 billion under the Recovery and Resilience Facility. At the same time, he heads legal teams providing legal advisory services to the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services (EOPYY), the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center, and various other public and private healthcare institutions.
