Dr. Nikolaos DIMITRIADIS
Award-winning researcher, educator and communications professional. Published author in multiple languages globally. Leading figure in Neuromarketing and Neuroleadership. Nikolaos has been leading the Neuroscience Lab for EY in Greece since 2024, offering cutting-edge services in Neuromarketing, NeuroHR, NeuroLeadership, and NeuroSafety. For the past two decades, Nikolaos has been applying neuroscience in the business and education sectors. In this context, he has examined more than 9,000 brains in 25 countries around the world, collaborating with leading companies in the health, consumer products, financial, and technology sectors.
He serves as the Chair of the People Committee at the World Innovation and Change Management Institute, and as a Professor of Practice at the University of York Europe Campus in Greece, where he leads the postgraduate program in Neuromarketing. Additionally, he is a Visiting Professor at the School of Business and Economics at the University of Ljubljana, and at the Fribourg School of Management, Switzerland. In 2022, Nikolaos received the Greek Excellence Award by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service.
